Hai. harini. cik soseh nak share 1 rahsie cara berdiet cepat dan berkesan.
Haaa..ni lah cik soseh. Nak jadi cmni tak???

Cara diet ni, korang tak payah berhabis duit beli produk mcm2 mahal tapi xde kesan.Haaa. ade tak yang nak tau???

Dah. tak payah nak krik2 sgt. Diet ni cik soseh dah try dan memang berkesan. Hari pertama berdiet cik soseh turun 700gram. Nampak mcm sikit kan. Masuk hari kedua, turun pulak 1kg. Hari ketiga, ade cheat2 siket turun 500gram aje. Hampir 3kg turun dalam mase 3 hari aje. Mase timbang berat menangis beguling2 bile tengok berat turun.(yang beguling tu tipu.hihi). Haaaa.tapi.. ade tapinye. tapi tanak ckp sekarang. Last entry baru cik soseh bagitau tapi ape..
Diet ni dibuat oleh Royal Danish Hospital, dan ramai jugak sebenarnye artis2 obersea yg ikut diet ni. Agak strict diet ni, high-protein dan very low calorie! hari pertama cik soseh memang lemah longlai..hehe. So kene la minum air masak banyak2 siket.
Kat bawah ni menunye:------------>
DAY 1:
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 cube of sugar
Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs + 400 g spinach + 1 tomato
Dinner: 200 g roast beef + 1 lettuce with oil and lemon juice
DAY 2:
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 cube of sugar
Lunch: 250 g chicken + 1 can of natural yogurt
Dinner: 200 g roast beef + 1 lettuce with oil and lemon juice
DAY 3:
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 cube of sugar + 1 slice of toast
Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs + 1 slice of chicken + 1 lettuce
Dinner: boiled celery + 1 tomato+ 1 fresh fruit (apple, pear, orange)
DAY 4:
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 cube of sugar + 1 slice of toast
Lunch: 200 ml orange juice + 1 can of natural yogurt
Dinner: 1 hard-boiled egg + 1 rubbed out carrot + 250 g cow cheese
DAY 5:
Breakfast: 1 big rubbed out carrot
Lunch: 200 g steamed code with lemon juice + 1 spoon with butter
Dinner: 200 g roast beef + 1 rubbed out celery
DAY 6:
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 cube of sugar + 1 slice of toast
Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs + 1 big rubbed out carrot
Dinner: 1/2 chicken + 1 lettuce with oil and lemon juice
DAY 7:
Breakfast: 1 cup of unsweetened tea
Lunch: nothing (drink lot of water, it helps!)
Dinner: 200 g lamb steak + 1 apple
DAY 8:
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 cube of sugar
Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs + 400 g spinach + 1 tomato
Dinner: 200 g roast beef + 1 lettuce with oil and lemon juice
DAY 9:
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 cube of sugar
Lunch: 250 g chicken + 1 can of natural yogurt
Dinner: 250 g roast beef + 1 salad with oil and lemon juice
DAY 10:
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 cube of sugar + 1 slice of toast
Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs+ 1 slice of chicken + 1 lettuce
Dinner: 1 boiled celery + 1 tomato + 1 fresh fruit (apple, pear, orange)
DAY 11:
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee + 1 cube of sugar + 1 slice of toast
Lunch: 200 ml orange juice + 1 can of natural yogurt
Dinner: 1 hard-boiled egg + 1 rubbed out carrot+ 250 g cow cheese
DAY 12:
Breakfast: 1 big carrot
Lunch: 200 g steamed code with lemon juice + 1 spoon with butter
Dinner: 250 g roast beef + 1 rubbed out celery
DAY 13:
Breakfast: cup of coffee + 1 cube of sugar + 1 slice of toast
Lunch: 2 hard-boiled eggs+ 1 big rubbed out carrot
Dinner: 250 g chicken + 1 lettuce with oil and lemon juice
Memang tersangat la tak best menu dia. Hehe.
Alkisahnye, 2 bulan yg lepas ade 1 event yang cik soseh kene attend, maka nya, nak la pakai cantek2 bagai dan nak kurus. Kawan cik soseh yang suggest diet ni. Oleh kerana masa dah suntuk, cik soseh pon try la. Memang impressive habis. Setiap hari cik soseh timbang. Walaubagaimanapon, cik soseh dapat buat sampai hari ke-empat aje sebabnye nafsu makan telah tidak dapat dikawal lagi. hahaha. itu la tapinyeeee. hihi. So, terpulang pada uolss nak buat ke tak. Cik soseh dah cube dan ianya memang berkesan. Cik soseh ingat nak try lagi bulan puase ni nak kurus raye nanti.ekekeke.
Korang boleh la gugel2 dulu pasal diet ni. Okeyh
